Moncton to Prince Edward Island
This year’s annual fundraising tour for the Mission & Servide Fund
takes us to The Island for a fun-filled day of food, friends and
entertainment!
A mid-morning departure from Moncton sees us cross the Confederation Bridge and arrive in Gateway Village by
lunchtime. You will have free time to explore, visit the shops, learn
about the building of the Confederation Bridge, and have lunch.
After lunch we head to Cavendish to live the story of Anne of
Green Gables at Avonlea Village. Enjoy performances by some
of PEI’s most talented musicians, see dramatic performances of
some best loved scenes from the books, have a raspberry cordial
and maybe even a wagon ride. This is fun for all ages!
After bidding farewell to Anne, we’re off to a traditional PEI
lobster supper. Sit back, relax, and enjoy good food and the
companionship of your fellow passengers. What a perfect way to
end the day!
