Day 1 - Moncton to Portland
Get to know your fellow passengers today as we travel through
New Brunswick and into Maine.
Day 2 - Portland to New York City
After a group breakfast we hit the road and the excitement rises as
we head to the Big Apple! We check in to the Millennium UN
Plaza, a Mobil-rated 4-star hotel with the best views in the city!
This is our home, right in Manhattan, for the next 4 nights. This
evening is free to explore on your own or perhaps join your guide
and see the lights of Times Square. Meals B
Day 3 - New York City
This morning we welcome our local guide as we tour Manhattan
and see such highlights as Fifth Avenue, Central Park, Greenwich
Village, Wall Street, Battery Park, Ground Zero, Soho, Empire
State Building and Rockefeller Center. See where famous movies
and TV shows have been filmed and maybe even get a peak at
some of those famous Christmas windows at Macy’s! This
evening is free to do as you please - you may wish to take in a
Broadway musical or show!
Day 4 - New York City
It‘s the American Thanksgiving and we’re going to take in the
famous Macy‘s Thanksgiving Day Parade. This parade is one
of the biggest holiday celebrations in the world - see the floats,
balloons and bands live along the parade route. This afternoon
you may wish to join your guide for an optional tour to the Statue
of Liberty.
Day 5 - New York City
Lots of choices today! It’s “Black Friday” so bargain hunters may
want to brave the crowds and shop ‘til they drop. Others may want
to do some sightseeing on their own. Some of you may want to
get up early and join your guide for a live taping of The Today
Show.
Day 6 - New York City to Portland
Today we say good-bye to the hustle and bustle of New York and
begin our journey home. Tonight you might want to check out the
bargains at The Maine Mall.
Day 7 - Portland to Moncton
We say farewell to our fellow passengers and head for home with
fond memories of our time in the Big Apple. Meals B
